Selenium Improves Muscle Health in Elderly

Research shows that out of 900 patients, those with the lowest 20% of selenium blood levels were 64%, 80%, and 66% more likely to have significantly decreased hip, knee and grip strength respectively, compared to those in the highest 20% of selenium blood levels. Antioxidant Confusion – Informed Opinion
