Study Highlights Diet That Changes Fatty Acid Levels in Blood to Improve Health

Omega-3 Fats and Vitamin E Benefits Diabetics During Pregnancy

Women with gestational diabetes, who supplemented with 1000 mg of omega 3 fatty acids from flaxseed oil and 400 IU of Vitamin E for 6 weeks, improved their fasting blood sugars by 11 % and HOMAR IR (a measure of insulin resistance) by 69.4% compared to the control group.

Vitamin B-12 with Omega-3 Fats help with Inflammatory Proteins in Cardiovascular Disease

Omega-3 and Omega-6 Fats May Help with Eye Health

Omega-3 Fats Help Heart Health in Dialysis Patients

Rheumatoid Arthritis and Krill Oil

Omega-3 Fats During Pregnancy Improve Newborn Weight Health

Omega-3 Fats Help Depression Health in the Elderly

Omega-3 Fats Help Blood Clotting in Men and Women, Although Differently

Omega-3 Fats Linked to Younger Biological Age

Telomere (pieces of DNA) length is associated with aging. The shorter the telomere, the older the person. Those in the lowest 25% of omega-3 blood levels, compared to those in the highest 25% of omega-3 blood levels had rates of telomere shortening that were 62% faster, resulting in a faster aging process.
